SMS Messages

The frequency of these messages is connected the frequency of the services ordered by our customers. For example, a customer with a monthly pest control service who has SMS messages enabled will receive an appointment reminder the day before each service. We reserve the right to send daily reminder SMS messages to aid in the collection of past due balances.
